Welcome to Ribble Lodge

Formed in 1924, Ribble Lodge is a vibrant member of The Preston Group of Lodges, adhering strongly to the core principles of Freemasonry.

For Freemasons, there are four important values that help define their path through life: Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity. In today’s world filled with uncertainty, these principles ring as true now as they have at any point in the organisation’s history.

Freemasonry is diverse. It is open to men over 18 regardless of faith or background, and the organisation’s aim is to empower members to be the best they can be – it’s about building character, supporting members as individuals and helping them make a positive contribution to society.

Which ever you are, a guest or new member, you can be assured of a warm welcome, great conversation and friendly company. In a well respected Lodge with a pedigree stretching back to 1924.

Our Values

In Ribble Lodge, as with all Freemasons, there are four important values that help define our path through life: Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity. In today’s world filled with uncertainty, these principles ring as true now as they have at any point in the organisation’s history.

Integrity

Freemasons are focused on building themselves, and their fellow Brethren, as people of integrity, and are constantly striving to become better people on their journey through life.

Friendship

Finding bonds with people who share common interests and meeting people from all different backgrounds are only some of the ways Freemasonry can help cultivate lasting friendships.

Respect

Freemasonry brings people together irrespective of their race, religion, or other perceived differences that can divide us as a society and Freemasons are expected to be of high moral standing

Charity

Charity is at the heart of Ribble Lodge, be that supporting Masonic Charities, Charities in the local area, or just helping those in need around us through both fundraising and volunteer work.
